Trump’s Proposed Immigration Rule Punishes Those Who Use Social Services

The Department of Homeland Security drafted a rule that would take into consideration a person's use of social services as a condition towards permanent citizenship. Under this revised rule these applicants would be deemed as not being self sufficient and a public charge thus denied citizenship.
