Being undocumented in this country presents itself with numerous and at times, inescapable situations. That is why Dream Team LA is committed to helping individuals who are in deportation proceedings. The informational video above, courtesy of dreamers adrift, helps break down what is involved in stopping someone’s deportation.
As such, Dream Team LA works with the national organization, United We Dream in helping those in need when they find themselves in need of legal council and/or stopping their deportation order. Along with United We Dream, Educators for Fair Consideration offer free legal services to dreamers who are in deportation proceedings, are adjusting their status and need help filling out applications and paper work. You can also check out their guide for undocumented students in removal proceedings.
